Might as well add my two cents...
IMHO, it all depends. I despise most of RW's work because, to me, the characters don't look like who they should be. Healthy Shinku is my example; she doesn't have the bonnet, she doesn't have the twintails, she doesn't have a red dress, and (to the best of my knowledge, I might be wrong) she doesn't have that tsundere aspect of her personality in his art. For all intents and purposes, she's just a blonde chick who happens to appear with Healthy Junk (who he does actually do fairly well, to give credit where due). HOWEVER, >>3026 has healthy Shinku that I'd accept. She may not have dolljoints, and she may have large breasts, but we can immediately tell that it is Shinku.
The same can be said of Healthy Boku and Desu. Not only does RW remove their heterochromia, but he also strips them of their other identifying characteristics. The only way we can ID Boku in >>3019, for example, is by her hair. Even when Boku appears in her anime/manga-accurate clothing, it just looks like she's cosplaying Boku. I have seen very well-drawn images (pic related) that depict her as healthy, with large breasts and non-jointed limbs, but retain her clothing, eyes (specifically her eyes) and hair color/style.
tl;dr RW needs to figure out how to depict the maidens better. Except for Junk.
