Talking about the girl:
Eyes really really don't work like that, as in, eyes aren't seen
through hair like that.
Her right eye is in a completely different angle than her left
eye, for example, if you would see this person in real life, her
right eye would be higher than her left eye and weirdly turned.
Try to draw a line to indicate where the bottom of the eyes will
be and make sure to keep the bottom line on that indicator.
Her shoulders are way to small for her head, if you want a basic
indication of how big the shoulders would have to be, tilt your
head to any side and you will notice that the shoulders will be the
same length as when you put your head on there. (top of your head
lines in with the shoulders)
The body parts you should work on primarily are the torso and
the hips, give it some more form, look at some real life pictures
and get an idea from those.
I like the legs but, they should be a little bit thinner, and
they should have a little more flow in 'em, primarily talking about
her right leg, the left one looks completely different because it's
thinner and the knee-indication kind of shows.
On the left character, I guess everything applies there as well
except for one thing, his left foot looks turned in an extremely
uncomfortable way, sure it's possible but, nobody would be standing
like that I guess, try getting a feel of what would look natural,
if you even can try acting out some things you want to draw, put
your foot like that and notice how incredibly uncomfortable it
is.
I hope this atleast helps you abit, maybe abit to destructive
criticism but, I usually give criticism like this.
Try out some new stuff and good luck :3. Just keep posting.
