I figure, it would be best to have a sort of FAQ thread separate from the Index so we can limit the Index to things that are Index-specific. In addition to acting as the FAQ, there are a few rules that are specific to /tr/ that won't be found on Desuchan's main rules page, so everybody should skim through them at least once.
This is also the thread in which people should bring up their questions, concerns, suggestions, etc. Keep baseless slander to a minimum.
Note: The /tr/ IRC channel is #traps, on irc.irchighway.net. For those too lazy to get a REAL client, here is webirc.
-Where to put stuff, and how to find existing stuff
Refer to the image in this post; it's a handy flow chart showing one where to put stuff, and what I'll be going by as far as keeping the board organized from here on out. Obviously, not everyone will follow it, but it will make things easier for people who like to keep things orderly, as well as making it easy for people whose contributions aren't where they left them to find out where they might be. This method of organization will occasionally lead to subject matter being split up. For example, all Mayo Elle releases that appear in Waai will be going in the Waai thread, but everything to do with the Mayo Elle anime will be going in a separate thread. I generally won't be banning people who mistakenly put things in the wrong place, but threads will be locked and later deleted as necessary. Certain overlap, such as images of characters who have threads being posted in also-relevant theme threads isn't a big deal. Overall, my plan is just a guideline.
