lolno. The only thing that ever has, and ever will matter in Guild Wars is profession points, which are earned through levelling up, and later through completing certain quests.

Surely I can't be the only Guild Wars fan here? ;_;

Fuck no.. Guild Wars 2 looks like it's going to piss on all future mmos. The fact that they're removing the "unholy trinity" (tank, dps, healer) just shows how far they are going to try and innovate the mmo genre, which is just full of tired WoW clones.

Perhaps the best thing about it though is how fast and fluid the combat looks and how the players have attacks that allow you to knockback enemies.(check out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fb4O-2vNE_g to see a DW warrior in action) Possibly the only mmo I haave ever seen where the combat looks fast and exciting, like an action game rather than slow and boring like most traditional mmos.

If Arenanet can deliver the goods then blizzard are going to need to pull something amazing out of their sleeves if they want to stay on top.
