Speaking as a gigantic fucking yugifag, if you're looking for figures of the human characters, there are none aside from the ugly and unarticulated shit that Mattel churned out back in the day, and the recent 5D's stuff that bombed so hard, that they canceled the rest of the run before Jack and Yusei with no helmet cast onto his head were even released.
The highest quality figures of human characters ever released were probably the little SD keychains for DM, and later for DM/GX/5D's because of the 10th anniversary movie, both of which are rather expensive and hard to find because they were UFO machine prizes.
Japan also released a Yusei/D-wheel figure, but Yusei had no articulation, was stuck in a sitting positron, and the sculpt looked pretty aiiirrrr.
But, for the record, in terms of monster figures a lot of the American 2'' figures were decent enough for the price, the deluxe models were nothing short of fantastic (and by extension the "Master and Monster" sets because they were just articulated versions of the deluxe models) and the tablet monster series was light-years ahead of what Mattel use to be doing.
The recently released Japanese "Monster Figure Collection" doesn't really impress me much, but eh.
