You can say it is. From what I heard, the Rawparadise site, that has been publicizing the Rozen Maiden raws for the last few months, was forced to shut down exactly because of the copyright infringement charges. The information is not 100% reliable but since a lot of sites seem to have shut down in the similar manner lately, I suppose it's not far from truth.

Well, the figure of five months may be a little off. It was based on the assumption that there's still five chapters to come out till the next manga tome. Since it's already about time the 26th chapter has come out it should have been "four" months... But. Since there seems to be a delay of a few months between each sixth chapter and the corresponding manga book, I don't know what exactly it should be, maybe eight months.
I don't mean to spread panic, so consider this a speculation based on the personal observations of one simple internet user. It is based on my presumption that no one will bother to try to obtain the hard copy of the manga until the next tome with the chapters 25-30 comes out. Because of the aforementioned copyright crackdown it is unlikely that any scans will be uploaded from Japan, so one of us here outside of Japan will have to order and scan it. The problem with the Rozen Maiden manga is that it is being published in the Young Jump magazine. I'm not sure if it can be ordered from abroad, but even if it is possible, I suppose it's still easier to order the manga book with the complete six chapters altogether, than the weekly magazine in which only one of the four issues per month contain the desired manga and still with a bunch of other titles as an omake. That is why I think our chances of seeing the raws after the next tome of manga comes out will be significantly higher.

I also think it might be the right direction to look for scans.
I don't know anything about Koreans, but it would be worth looking into if there was at least one rozenfag who knew Korean. What to Chinese, for the past several months they have been using the same raws we have here, which means no one there is scanning anything right now. Their translations also lag a few months behind ours (they only recently translated the 23rd tale), so they are probably yet to discover that there are problems with the raws. Anyway, what information I have on the Chinese rozenfags I got from the forums on Baidu (These, if you are interested: http://tieba.baidu.com/f?kw=%E8%94%B7%E8%96%87%E5%B0%91%E5%A5%B3&fr=tb0_search&ie=utf-8

Yeah, well, news for you, PD/Share are alive and well. Much like when Piratebay went down and everyone was like "oh lawdz, the Gestapo are in mah house"...only to see piracy continue unabated.
The stuff will be harder to find, but this strategy will not stop it.
(And Raw Paradise were enormous faggots and I for one was glad Shueisha shoved a wakizashi into their sphincter. Not that it took much, the site was French, and getting the French down is no accomplishment. See World Cup 2010.)

I was browsing Wikipedia while bored and came to realize that there are quite a few holes in Wikipedia's coverage of Peach-Pit's works. take for example http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peach-Pit - a pretty tiny article (see pic). No information at all about their various artbooks. No mention about the "Collaboration comic" that appeared in the RM manga books, including characters from RM, Zombie-Loan and DearS. The one-shot RM manga, Shōjo no Tsukurikata, has a one-paragraph-long article. The articles for their more major works, such as RM and Shugo Chara, are fairly substantial, but still need a fair bit of work. Anyone with some good writing skills feel like they'd like to contribute to the Cause of Dolljoints by expanding and/or improving these articles?

Probably based on the official Peach-pit website (http://p-pit.net/index2.html). "Illustlation" (lol) is one of the options in their whirlygig menu, and seems to refer to their various illustration projects, now including Wolfed Away/Ookamikakushi. It seems they've published collections of their illustrations, since there are Amazon links on there.
