What sense is there in not posting the raws? Better to post the raws when nobody is actually translating them rather than not posting the raws when there are people who can translate it. And that in itself is hard to predict, but better safe than sorry. If we're not getting the raws, then we're getting absolutely nothing in the way of new Rozen Maiden material, and I personally would have untranslated raws than nothing at all.

Try to look at it positively. If we get the raws, we at least get something to enjoy, even if they don't get translated immidiately (though likely eventually). Denying us the raws because there are no translators around doesn't help the issue in the slightest.
