It's been a long time since we've had a food thread, so let's go ahead and post up some recipes for each other.

Lawful Meiling's Red Duster Tea

Ingredients:
One ginger root
Two cinnamon sticks
Honey
Water

Step 1: Cut and peel the ginger root into several chunks. Smash the chunks with the flat edge of a knife.
Step 2: Place into a small pot of water
Step 3: Add cinnamon sticks into the pot
Step 4: Boil the water. When water is boiling, turn off heat.
Step 5: Introduce honey, and stir.
Step 5: Let stand for 10 minutes, then place into a pitcher or similar container, and refrigerate overnight (if you prefer it hot, skip this step)

Mobile Type 8's Toast

All you will need are some slices of bread, a toaster, butter knife, A plate and some butter

Toast the bread with the toaster until it is crisp, i like my toast lightly done, but you can toast it however you like.

Once toasted apply the butter to the toast using a butter knife... or anything in reach.

Bon appetit.

Rusting Toast
Take butter out of fridge a few hours beforehand. this will soften it up a good bit and make spreading easier.
Take 1/2 cup sugar, mix with 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Shake mixture well.
Make toast, spread soft butter on top and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
Then thou shalt nom upon this holiest of toast, and thou shall start with om, and go until thou hast said nom not once, not thrice, but only twice. four times is right out!

The work, 4′33″ (pronounced Four minutes, thirty-three seconds or, as the composer himself referred to it, Four, thirty-three) is a three-movement composition by American avant-garde composer John Cage (19121992). It was composed in 1952 for any instrument (or combination of instruments), and the score instructs the performer not to play the instrument during the entire duration of the piece throughout the three movements (the first being thirty seconds, the second being two minutes and twenty-three seconds, and the third being one minute and forty seconds). Although commonly perceived as "four minutes thirty-three seconds of silence", the piece actually consists of the sounds of the environment that the listeners hear while it is performed. Over the years, 4′33″ became Cage's most famous and most controversial composition.

>> No.13291   [Delete]   [Edit]

Basically, it means the song itself is completely silent. No instruments play at all for 4'33"

>> No.13292   [Delete]   [Edit]

So a song which more or less amounts to silence is taken off Youtube due to copy right issues?

....

That's not just trolling, it's trolling squared.

I'm not asking for any one person to help, but if you can spare a few bucks, please send them my way.

my paypal is heavyoak@gmail.com , please send if you can.

Is this the ask for money thread? Here, I'll post. I'm leaving for Ireland in three days with nothing more in my pocket than $40 + my backpack, one-way. I won't be receiving assistance from anybody back home and I need to hitchhike to France and possibly further on what money I have. Out of France there's the possibility I'll have to hitchhike to Sweden or Denmark. We'll see. If I feel like it I'll go to India.

Anyways, send me money. Currently working day labor and selling plasma to cover the other expenses along with any other work I can find. If you want to send me money send it to link attached.
