Now that over $12 trillion have been pledged towards our financial crisis, more people than ever are concerned about where their money is going, and if it's accomplishing anything.

But in the face of an ever-worsening recession, the Federal Reserve refuses to furnish Congress and the American people with records of how the Bank is allotting and spending trillions of bailout dollars. Shrouded in secrecy, the Federal Reserve is a danger to our political process: No one knows where our money is going or what it is doing, and Chairman Bernanke has said that efforts to disclose such information are "counterproductive."

Counterproductive to what exactly?

But that's our money they're using! $12 trillion! And without any record of how the Federal Reserve is managing and distributing these trillions of taxpayer dollars, there is no way to know if our present course is sustainable or not.

We must know what is happening with our money, and the Federal Reserve must come clean with the American people.

IF THEY HAD NOTHING TO HIDE, THEY WOULDN'T BE FIGHTING SO HARD TO HIDE IT!

Soup fags. I've been meaning post this for a while but I've been a lazy shit, or working to death. So since I'm to lazy to write anything it's time to copy and paste.

For the record I swapped my caps because I cannot afford any downtime from hardware failure as this is to become the new backup server. As you can see in the next picture this is a shitty brand of caps and this board was manufactured in the hight of the "cap wars".

i recently feel like playing one of those adventurous boardgames where your figurine carries items and shit. not being able to find a game that sells at an affordable price here, i decided "why not create my own?" so far, so good.

the materials are easily selfmade (computer age ftw), i just need some inspiration and thoughts about the game mechanics and rule system.

..... I'll see what I can think of. Step one is to find out what this "Lineage II" item-thingie is. Step 2 is to play it.

Ok, seriously, you're looking at wargaming with highly randomized tactical elements and a heavily constrained direction and method of movement. Oookay.

>Lineage II : The Boardgame is based on a simple roll and move mechanism, played on a small hex map. Players move around the board to hunt monsters, hire mercenaries and fight castle sieges.

We need shock-site signage for political rallies. I think it's time that we let these idiot old people, and internet illiterates, and ignorant newscasters, know that we will not deal with them gently.

It is time to create good looking placards to get on the news, and have those placards link to horrible, terrible shock sites. It is not hard to get on television if your sign looks good because most people just rip out a Sharpie and a highlighter and scrawl unreadable script on posterboard. Here are some sign ideas:

1) "Corrupt Nancy Pelosi needs a dunk in the Tub -- Visit Tubgirl.me"
2) Picture of Democrat/Republican heads on snake/eel bodies -- "Visit EelSoup.net"
3) "We need to get rid of the Clowns in Washington -- Visit ClownSong.com"
4) "The people need the Will Power to tell the government NO! -- TheWillPower.Org"
5) A picture of Obama holding a jar with the planet in it "Tell Obama he doesn't own us! -- Visit 1man1jar.org"
6) "Did you know that US Tax Dollars get sent to Japan? -- Visit PhoneJapan.com"
7) "The Democrats are a bunch of Sour LEMONS!!! -- Visit LemonParty.org"
8) "It's time the people stand up and crack the whip. The government works for the people!!!! -- WhipCrack.org"

So, I've been toying around a bit with this idea a bit, and my re-watching of Ren and Stimpy has pretty much made me make a decision.

I'd like to make a full, 30-minute cartoon in flash. Detailed, frame-by-frame animation, a vintage classical soundtrack, original gags and that weird, nonsense humor that never gets old. If I get a response for help on this, I'll probably pull some good characters out of my ass within 30-minutes of reading the post.

Offers for help, suggestions and feedback are welcome!

(and no, I'm not giving up on this, ever. I wanna see how good a cartoon I can make, and I'm going to try my damned hardest. I've good a good history in flash, and I'm sure I can handle this. Just one episode. If it's successful, maybe more.)

I admire your will to try this, making cartoons is not easy, but i'm pretty sure it must be very satisfacting.
I don't know how i could help, but i'm curious, what was your idea? Like a small cartoon movie, or more like a "fake first episode" of some kind?

>> No.829   [Delete]   [Edit]

I'm not so opposed to this idea. As long as we're talking about the old Ren & Stimpy. Not the pound-stimpy's-ass-with-a-handsaw shit Spike aired.

Might want to start with something short like a few 5 min pilot episodes or one 15 min. And then go from there.
