Proposing /loli/ be renamed to something else as a board directory. The bots spamming it seem to turn up on any *chan that has /loli/ as the loli board directory. Would changing /loli/ to something still related but less common reduce the amount of spam?

So do we have any feedback from mods about this? Would it help prevent some bot spam on /loli/ or will it just be wasted effort? I really was just hoping to come up with something simple that would alleviate the work mods have to do just to keep /loli/ clean of the real cp posted by bots. My hat is off to them for kindly keeping the board around. It's the very reason I came to desuchan and also why I come by and end up checking other boards while I'm here. Thanks guys.

I recently (some minutes ago) added content to the thread http://www.desuchan.net/loli/res/1193.html. However, it didn't get bumped to the first page. Is there a reason for this? Too many images, perhaps?
Yeah, it doesn't happen often, but if a thread becomes large enough here it can stop bumping. Pretty large limit though, and barring dickery the thread won't be deleted.

Sup /sugg/. I'm loving the new board theme. It's great and all, but it doesn't really work with frames on. Also it's jarring to go from a burichan front page to a Desudesudesu board. There any plan on converting the rest of te site to the new theme?

Well, the problem with making a desu template is that trying to use the correct red and green, with proper saturation and brightness, is going to make your eyes bleed, or at least trigger epileptic seizures a la >>1467 . Whether that's better than puking or not is left as an exercise to the reader.Personally, I like the colour combo; it's calm, restful, and easy on the eyes. It could use more DESU, but it's good for now. And it's better than the previous version of the same style, with the huge borders around everything.

ITT: 404/500 error pictures, banners, ban page pictures, etc.Board banners should be 300x100, PNG or GIF (animooted). Main page banner is 800x128, also PNG. Try to keep the file size under 200KB. No special rules for the other pictures.
