I'm speechless. This would be a huge loss for the community. I know there are plenty of other artist around, and new ones will rise, but come on... dead threats?! This is sick.

While that WOULD be a huge disappointment, the thing is that some other artist will rise up to take Abgrund's place. I mean, first it was Usura, and then Abgrund and UDK. Yes, we will all cry a lot when/if Abgrund leaves, but we did that with Usura too. Someone else will then come along to fill in the gap though and we will be happy again... then they will disappear as well.

I guess all I am trying to say is that we cannot control this situation, so all we can do is cry about it and then move on. :/

(Personally though, I am skeptical about the whole thing because according to the thread in >>62561, Abgrund is a drama queen. Supposedly, when she found out that her stuff was being pirated, she freaked out and refused to draw anything for a while... but then she drew anyway. The stuff about the death threats may be true, but she may not give in unless she is also a chicken sh!t scaredy cat.)

There's only like 2 abgrund doujins that aren't about rape.

Here's my fundamental complaint with NTR doujins:
If I want to fap to the character, it's because I like them. It's most likely that I like their personality and if they are portrayed totally out of character then it ruins everything. Of course it's not a realistic expectation for them to behave 100% the way they would be if written officially, but when they become unrecognizable from the real thing then what's the point of it all? I guess good art is all most people need, but I'm the sentimental type :p

I think everyone is confusing UDK with Abgrund.
UDK has quite a bit of trap rape (EIEN, Colorful, etc). Abgund's works are usually romantic anf quite sweet trap sex.

However, Abgrund and UDK DO seem to work together quite often, but works that are PURELY Abgrund are NOT rape.
