I think I would go with Lancer Ushiromiya Rosa (but I think that she would better be Archer and Nanoha Lancer).
I mean her magic resistance as a character is damn strong, not to say that as Lancer she would get even more magic resistance.
This and considering that her main weapon is a winchester with the option of melee with the ingot of gold, she wouldn't be easily hurt by magic and she would have the range/power advantage against melee attacks.
